All persons using a boat, canoe, kayak or tube from this livery are advised that, pursuant to Public Act 183 of 2006, an owner of a non-motorized boat is not liable for an injury to or death of a user of a non-motorized livery boat resulting from a risk inherent in the use or operation of a non-motorized boat. *

In consideration of service or property provided, I, for myself and any minor children for which I am parent, legal guardian or otherwise responsible, any heirs, personal representatives or assigns, do hereby release: Campbell's Canoes & Kayaks, Its principals, directors, officers, agents, employees and volunteers, and each and every landowner, municipal and/or governmental agency upon whose property activity is conducted, from all liability and waive any claim for damage arising from any cause whatsoever (except that which is the result of gross negligence). *

I have read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions stated herein and acknowledge that this agreement shall be binding upon myself, my heirs assign, personal representative, and estate, and for all members of my family including any minors accompanying me. *

By signing this document, I acknowledge that if anyone is hurt or property is damaged during my participation in this activity, I may be found by a court of law to have waived my right to maintain a lawsuit against Campbell’s Canoes & Kayak Livery on the basis of any claim from which I have released them herein. I understand also that the kayak(s), canoe(s), paddle(s), PFD(s), and any other gear related to the tour, lesson, demo, or rental (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Equipment”) has been rented to me and I am solely and fully responsible for any use of the Equipment by any other persons. I also agree to pay full purchase price minus 20% for any and all damages or loss to the Equipment that I have rented. I agree to pay a minimum $50 rescue fee per watercraft in the event that I and/or the Equipment must be recovered by Campbell’s Canoe & Kayak Livery. *
