JOB SUMMARY:
This position does a variety of tasks including working directly with customers. You will welcome and accommodate guests and staff in an effective and courteous manner. You will directly participate in the daily operation of our watercraft rentals. Must have a strong dedication to customer service, and a positive, friendly attitude. Must be able to perform a variety of physical tasks in a variety of weather conditions including, sun, wind, and rain at times.
Qualifications:
This job requires you to interact with customers and give 5 Star Service
Must able to lift and move 35lbs.
Must be at least 16 years old with valid drivers license to apply for Dock and Front Desk Attendant.
Able to lift and carrying canoes, kayak, and tubes up to 50-80 lbs.
Working long hours outdoors
Withstanding outdoor environments and inclement weather
Ability to stand for an entire work day
Great verbal communication skills
Highly responsible and reliable
Our normal season runs from Mid May through Mid October. All employees are expected to be able to work during this period as needed (school schedules will be accommodated.). Exceptions can be made but must be approved by management at least two weeks ahead of any time off requested.

Front Desk + Tube Attendant Job Duties:
This position requires driving livery vehicles and trailers
Applicant must be able to work in a fast paced environment and be a quick learner
Applicant must learn about everything we offer, be able to explain it to customers, help customers determine their best options, and handle reservations.
Assist customers with the rental process of canoes, kayaks, and tubes and the associated equipment
Office and merchandise restocking, organizing, and upkeep
Transport customers in Car Spot Service using livery vehicles
Explain proper safety rules/guidelines to customers
Collect deposits and damage fees if needed
Answer the phones
Take booking reservations
Explain and enforce cancellation policies
Provide each guest with superior customer experience
Follow company policies and procedures
Maintain and repair all tube rental equipment. i.e. clean tubes and their equipment, load and unload tubes and equipment from trailer
Maintain cash register and contents
Refuel livery vehicles
Other duties as assigned
Canoe & Kayak Dock Attendant Job Duties:
This position requires driving livery vehicles and trailers
Applicant must be able to work in a fast paced environment and be a quick learner
Applicant must learn about everything we offer, be able to explain it to customers, help customers determine their best options
Assist customers with the rental process of canoes, kayaks, and tubes and the associated equipment
Transport customers in Car Spot Service using livery vehicles
Explain proper safety rules/guidelines to customers
Provide each guest with superior customer experience
Follow company policies and procedures
Maintain and repair canoe & kayak rental equipment. i.e. clean watercraft and their equipment, load and unload watercraft and equipment from trailers.
Assist in livery repairs and maintenance.

Dock & Tube Assistant Job Duties:
This position does not require driving livery vehicles and trailers.
